| Note | Thomas Michael Cook, age 69 of Perrysburg, OH passed away peacefully with his wife by his side, on May 20, 2023. He was born to Donald and Carole (Leddy) Cook on February 16, 1954. He attended Central Catholic High School and graduated from Woodward High School. Tom spent his career working as a Journeyman Machinist, working for Doehler Jarvis, ENC Manufacturing and retired from TAT Machining. Tom married Kathy Waite and they spent 33 wonderful years together. Tom loved the outdoors, he enjoyed fishing, hunting and gardening. Tom was preceded in death by his parents; niece, Michelle Wells Fall; step-daughter, Lori Mcracken. He is survived by his loving wife, Kathy; siblings, Jann (Scott) Waite, Denise (Lee) Ellis, Terry (Kathy Overmyer) Cook, Colleen (Dan) Reck, Nancy (Joe) Brown, Sue (Bob) Fastnacht; step-children, Amy (Skip) Favreau and Robert (Laura) McGhee, as well as many nieces and nephews. Friends may visit at the Coyle Funeral Home, 1770 S. Reynolds Rd., on Tuesday, May 30th from 4:00-7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 31st in the mortuary at 10:00 a.m. Interment Calvary Cemetery.
